What is Cymatics?
Cymatherapy is a non-invasive sound therapy that helps restore the body to optimal health, balance and function.
It uses advanced instruments to transmit frequencies to the body's organs and tissues that are associated with healthy cells and healthy cell function, supporting the body's natural healing abilities. You sit with your feet on the AMI 750 and let it deliver a program that's perfect for you.
CymaTherapy comes from the research of Dr. Peter Guy Manners, a British osteopath who with a collaborative group of scientists and medical doctors researched the biosignatures of the human body. After decades of countless trial and error experiences, Manners and his group developed over 700 commutations to deliver precise combinations of frequencies associated with healthy tissue and organ systems.
Each commutation consists of five harmonic frequencies of audible sound that support the body to normalize imbalances and synchronize the cell's frequency back to its natural healthy state of vibrational resonance. Scientists now know that the human body is a dynamic energy system and that our cells, organs and tissues have their own vibratory or resonant nature. This natural, or resonant frequency can become upset or imbalanced, leading to pain, illness or disease. The AMI750 was developed to deliver precise combinations of frequencies associated with healthy tissues and organ systems. When applied to the body, these sound waves help to normalize imbalances an synchronize the cell's frequency back to its natural healthy state of vibrational resonance. Cyma AMI 750 is programmed with 700+ frequencies to treat a variety of imbalances in the body. What is known as "energy medicine" or "vibrational medicine" works from the premise that the body is made up of interpenetrating energy fields, which in turn interact with the physical and cellular systems of the body.
This approach holds that: if the human beings are made of energy fields and energy systems, then by directing energy into the body we can influence and change the body's energetic patterns, promoting a restoration of those energy patterns to their natural healthy state. Energetic therapies, such as sound therapy, do not treat the symptoms as the cause of the problem. Instead, treatment is directed at the body's subtle energy systems and the flow of energy within and between these systems. CymaTherapy does not cure or heal, CymaTherapy supports the body's natural ability to heal itself by providing precise combinations of frequencies that are associated with healthy tissue and organ systems. CymaTherapy assists your body to provide itself with effective and gentle relief for stress, injury, chronic pain and many other conditions. CymaTherapy supports the body's natural ability to heal itself by providing precise combinations of frequencies that are associated with healthy tissue and organ systems. What can change this to this in 20 minutes? Thermography photos of pain and the same legs 20 minutes later.
Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way.
This is not philosophy. This is physics. ~ Albert Einstein.
The CymaAMI750 is registered as a FDA Class 1 device and Cymatherapy is practiced worldwide by medical doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, nurses, massage therapists, reflexologists, and other healthcare practitioners.
Sound: From Ancient Roots to Modern Research
Since ancient times, sound has been used to stimulate healing in the body, mind and soul. Pythagoras, the sixth-century B.C. Greek philosopher, is credited with being the first to use music to heal the body and the emotions. The belief that sound can support healing has been an integral part of many cultures, from ancient Hindu mantra practices to the rituals of Chinese healers, South American shamans and Sufi mystics.
The eighteenth-century German scientist and musician, Ernst Chladni, known as the father of acoustics, showed that sound does affect matter. When he drew a violin bow around the edge of a plate covered with fine sand, the sand formed intricate geometric patterns.
Photographing Sound Patterns
In the 1960’s, more sophisticated experiments conducted by Swiss scientist Dr. Hans Jenny, produced beautiful and intricate patterns by placing sand, fluid and powders on metal plates and vibrating them with a special frequency generator and a speaker. The patterns remained intact as long as the sound was pulsating through the substance, showing that sound can indeed alter form and that different frequencies create different patterns. The photographs in this article are just a sampling of Dr. Jenny’s work. Dr. Jenny coined the term cymatics to describe the study of wave phenomena. The term is derived from the Greek kyma, meaning “wave” and ta kymatica, meaning “matters pertaining to waves”. The implications of his cymatic studies are vast, especially as applied to the field of healing and vibrational medicine.
Applying Sound Research to Holistic Healing
Peter Guy Manners was one of the pioneers who applied the cymatics research of Dr. Jenny and others to the field of holistic healing with exceptional results.
Building on the work that has gone before, Cymatherapy International has developed a unique, internationally patent-pending system that supports the body’s natural self-healing ability by providing it the precise combination of frequencies that are associated with a healthy bodies tissue and organ systems. The sound waves that are transmitted through this new technology help to correct imbalances and synchronize cell frequencies, returning them to their natural, healthy state of vibrational resonance.

Cymatherapy : Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What conditions are supported with Cymatherapy?
A: Due to its subtle and penetrative nature, Cymatherapy can be used to aid most health conditions. It is most commonly used to provide support for muscle and joint conditions, pain management and stress relief. However, it can also be helpful in alleviating symptoms of conditions such as athsma, headaches, chronic pain, hormone problems, fibromyalgia, strokes, depression and addiction.
Q: How long does a session take?
A: Each session will take between 30-75 minutes depending upon your needs and whether additional therapies are used.
Q: How long before I feel the effects?
A: Some people experience a significant reduction in symptoms straight away, although it may take up to 24 hours to experience the full benefits.
Q: Are there any conditions Cymatherapy cannot alleviate?
A: Due to its subtle nature, there are very few conditions Cymatherapy cannot be used for. However, you cannot be treated if you have an electrical implant fitted, such as a pace maker or if you are pregnant.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: The number of sessions will depend upon the complexity and severity of your health problems, along with your ability to follow suggested aftercare recommendations. Minor health problems can often be resolved with 3-5 sessions over a 2 week period. Severe problems may require a series of 8-10 sessions. If you have a chronic (long-term) problem then you may prefer to have regular weekly or monthly sessions.
Q: Will it cause me any pain?
A: Cymatherapy is a very subtle and often soothing therapy. It has not been known to cause pain during a treatment. However, as with all holistic therapies you may encounter a minor healing response following a session. A minor healing response occurs when the body therapeutically releases toxins, unpleasant emotions and stress resulting in one or more sensations such as headache, sweating, vivid dreams, muscle soreness, fatigue or hyperactivity. These healing responses, if they occur, should be mild and short-term disappearing within 24 hours. During this time, it is important that you keep yourself properly hydrated with water, minimize consumption of toxins or stimulants and avoid stress where possible.
Q: How will I know its working?
A: As mentioned above, a sensation of tingling, heat or tension release during or shortly after a session commonly indicate the session is working, so you will know very quickly if this type of therapy is appropriate for you.
Q: What are the success rates for this kind of session? / Does it work for everybody?
A: An average of 80% of the people treated with Cymatic Integrative Health experience a therapeutic response, resulting in a significant reduction of symptoms. Anyone who is unresponsive to this therapy can often be provided a suitable therapeutic alternative offered at the clinic.
Q: Where does Cymatherapy come from?
A: Below you will find information about the history, science and development of Cymatherapy.
Additional general information, articles and research can also be found at the following link:
Below is a list of recommendations that support Cymatherapy.
Rest and avoid stressful situations for the remainder of the day following an application. If you feel invigorated following Cymatherapy application, then it is safe to engage in energetic activities, although it is recommended that high levels of physical exertion, such as intense exercise or activities involving heavy lifting be avoided.
It is important to maintain healthy sleeping patterns between each application. Where possible, between seven to eight hours per night is recommended.
Avoid heavy meals and stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, junk food, and cigarettes during the day of each application. Due to the subtle nature of Cymatherapy applications, it is also important to avoid or reduce stimulant intake between each Cymatherapy session.
Keep yourself hydrated throughout the entire day before and after your Cymatherapy session. Your body WILL respond to the healing frequencies and your cells WILL need the fluids to aid in the detoxification process.
Wear comfortable clothing preferably made of natural material (e.g. cotton, silk.... etc.). Artificial fibers (e.g. acrylic, nylon.... etc) will distort the sound and lessen resonance. The closer the sound can get to your flesh the more affectively it will be absorbed. I encourage wearing layers to maximize both your comfort and the effectiveness of your treatment.
Let the rest of your day following the treatment be at a leisurely pace. You may experience a yearning for sleep. LET yourself rest and LET the healing continue to take place in your body.
